When I started looking for a contractor a friend of mine referred me to Con Tec Construction. I met with Frank Taylor (the General Contractor) and Roberto (the Foreman) and immediately felt comfortable with their expertise and approachability. The pricing was reasonable, unlike some other bids I received.

Frank and Roberto played a significant part in designing our backyard. Their ideas and practical approach helped bring the project together. I especially liked that the crew was on time, clean and patient with all of my changes during the project.

Our project encompassed a wide range of trades and if Con Tec Construction did not do the work directly (which was rare) they referred a professional in that field to work with and remained our single point of contact.

I am always hesitant to give out referrals but I have referred Con Tec Construction to a number of my friends and have always received appreciative feedback. I still use Con Tec for maintenance work and new projects, and I continue to be pleased with their work.

I have used the sevices of Con Tec Construction more than once. Frank and his crew started with our room addition and then did a kitchen remodel. They developed the hardscape/landscape on our two acre property, and they also built our block wall and game court!

They always deliver excellent quality, and Frank has some excellent ideas about landscaping. I put in a horseshoe pit with some walls alongside it to sit on. He cantilevered the wall, making it better to sit on.

With his employees here, you can leave home and not worry about them being there. I have another landscape job coming up, and I'm going to call him.
